The people behind Well Kept
Meet Joshua & Kaity Cunningham
Well Kept was built around something simple: taking good care of people and the homes they live in.
Joshua and Kaity Cunningham have called Lubbock home since 2019. Joshua is an Air Force combat veteran, and together they are raising and homeschooling their two daughters and two sons.
Their faith and family are at the center of their life, and those same values shape how they want to run Well Kept: with honesty, hard work, kindness, and genuine care for the people they serve.
They know firsthand how full life can get, and they believe a well-kept home can give families a little more room to breathe, be together, and enjoy the things that matter most.
They’re grateful to be raising their family in Lubbock and honored to serve the community they now call home.
Let’s talk about your homeCleaning with a clear scope
Your home’s condition and priorities guide the cleaning conversation. Standard Clean covers everyday rooms, surfaces and floors. Deep Clean adds accessible detail and extra kitchen/bathroom attention. Move In/Out is for an empty home and includes appliance and storage interiors. A one-time or recurring schedule is discussed separately from the checklist.
Tell us what you would most like help with, whether that is regular kitchen and bathroom upkeep, reachable detail before guests arrive or cleaning between moving dates. We’ll discuss the included tasks, optional work and preparation before confirming your appointment.
